When you connect your messaging platforms:

  • We only request the minimum API permissions needed to read and send messages
  • Access tokens for each platform are encrypted and stored separately
  • We do not access your personal social media profiles or private data
  • We do not share your platform data with any third parties
  • You can disconnect any platform and revoke access at any time
  • Each platform's data is handled in compliance with that platform's API policies

Your conversations are private and handled with care:

  • Messages are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256
  • We never sell, share, or use your message content for advertising purposes
  • AI auto-reply processing is done in real-time and message content is not stored for AI training
  • Only authorized team members in your workspace can access your conversations

  • Account data is retained while your account is active
  • Conversation history is retained for up to 12 months for reference
  • Upon account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days
  • Platform tokens are immediately revoked upon disconnection

  • Access to production systems is restricted and logged
