ContentVelo provides AI-powered content generation and scheduling tools for Facebook Pages. The service includes:

• AI text and image content generation
• Content scheduling and publishing to Facebook
• Localization across nine languages
• Analytics and audit logging

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Review and approve all content before publishing
• Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or misleading content

4. AI Content Disclaimer

Important: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

5. Facebook Integration

• Our service uses the official Facebook Graph API
• You must have admin access to the Facebook Pages you connect
• API availability is subject to Meta's policies and may change
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta/Facebook

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Pay-per-use credits are non-refundable
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• A prepaid month or year runs to its end date and does not renew itself. There is no recurring charge to cancel, and part-used periods are not refunded.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Publish content that violates Facebook's policies
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay for your subscription

8. Limitation of Liability

ContentVelo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Content published to your Facebook Pages
• Actions taken by Facebook regarding your Pages or content
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
