1. Information We Collect

When you use ContentVelo, we collect:

Account Information:: Email address, name, and password for authentication
Facebook Data:: Page access tokens, Page ID, and Page name when you connect your Facebook Page
Content Data:: AI-generated content, approved posts, and publishing history
Usage Data:: Log files, feature usage, and analytics

We use your information to:

When you connect your Facebook Page:

We request the permissions the product actually uses: pages_manage_posts, pages_read_user_content, pages_manage_metadata and business_management
Page access tokens are stored in our database in readable form — the application does not encrypt them
We never access your personal Facebook profile
When you ask us to learn a Page's style, up to twenty of that Page's posts are sent to OpenAI. We do not sell your Facebook data or share it for advertising
You can disconnect a Page at any time, which deletes our copy of its token. Withdrawing the permission itself is done in your Facebook settings, under Business integrations

Account data is retained while your account is active
Content and posting history is retained for audit purposes
Deleting your account removes your data from our database immediately, not after a delay. Images already uploaded to our image host are not removed by that step
Disconnecting a Page deletes our copy of its access token immediately. We do not call Facebook to revoke it — you withdraw the permission in your Facebook settings

Every request is served over HTTPS, with plain HTTP redirected and HSTS sent in production. The application does not encrypt data at rest
The administration application has its own separate login, and actions taken in an account are written to an audit log
ContentVelo holds no independent security certification, and no third party has penetration-tested it
