delete How to Delete Your Data

You have two options to delete your data:

settings Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

Delete your account directly from your dashboard:

1 Log in to your ContentVelo account at app.contentvelo.com
2 Navigate to Settings from the sidebar menu
3 Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom
4 Click the "Delete Account" button
5 Type your workspace slug to confirm deletion
6 Click "Delete Permanently" to complete the process

If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance:

2 Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
3 Include the email address associated with your account
4 We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Regarding your Facebook data:

All Facebook Page access tokens stored in our system will be immediately revoked and deleted
We never store your personal Facebook profile data
Posts already published to Facebook will remain on Facebook (managed by you directly)
You can also revoke our app's access from your Facebook Settings

Self-service deletion: Data is removed immediately upon confirmation
Email requests: Processed within 30 days of verification
