Questions people actually ask
Straight answers about what ContentVelo does, what it costs, and what it does not do.
The basics
- What is ContentVelo?
- ContentVelo is a Facebook Page management platform. It reads the posts already on your page to learn how that page writes, then generates new posts in the same voice, draws an advertisement image for each one, and publishes them to Facebook — either when you tell it to, or automatically on a schedule. It works in Thai and English and is built for businesses in Thailand.
- Who is it for?
- Page owners who have to post but do not have time to write; SMEs and shops that sell through Facebook; and agencies running pages for several clients. Each page keeps its own brand profile, so pages in one account do not bleed into each other.
- What is AutoPilot?
- A per-page switch. When it is on, a background service picks a topic, writes the post, has the image drawn, and publishes at the time you set — without anyone opening the app. It weights topics by what actually performed on that page, chooses the image format from the post it just wrote, and checks each post against the previous ones so the page does not settle into a pattern.
- Will the posts sound like a robot?
- That is the specific problem the brand profile exists to solve. Before generating anything, ContentVelo analyses your existing posts for tone, writing style, the words and hashtags you use, how much emoji you use, and how long your posts run. In Your Page Style mode it also feeds the model real examples of your past posts. You can read the whole analysis and correct it before a single post is written.
- Does it support Thai properly?
- Yes, in both the interface and the generated content, and — the harder part — in the images. Thai puts a vowel above the consonant and a tone mark above that, which most image models render incorrectly. We verified the output by transcribing it back and comparing it character by character against the headline requested.
Images
- How are the images made?
- ContentVelo builds a design brief from your post, your brand profile and the format you picked, and the image model draws the entire advertisement from it — photograph, layout and headline together. There is no template library and no editor. Choose from five art directions, nine advertisement formats and ten aspect ratios.
- Can I see an image before paying for it?
- Yes, in two ways. Picking a style, format and ratio shows you a sample that was generated once and ships with the product, so it costs nothing, draws on no allowance, and you can click through every combination. Generating one on your own page, with your own brand and products, is what the ten free AutoPilot previews a day are for; those carry a ContentVelo mark. Credits are only spent when you generate a post you intend to publish.
Pricing
- What does it cost?
- You pay per Facebook Page per month, not per post. The first page is ฿1,290 a month, pages two to four are ฿890 each, and the fifth onwards ฿690 each. Paid annually, ten months buys twelve — ฿12,900 a year for one page. There is no post quota: publishing is not metered, because Facebook itself limits how often a page can usefully post. What is metered is pressing Generate: one credit when the model draws a designed image, half a credit when it does not — text only, or a fallback brand card. Setting up AutoPilot includes ten free previews a day on the fast model, so you can try a look before committing to it; writing a post yourself draws on your plan's included generations.
- What does one credit include?
- A finished post: the text, the advertisement image, the quality check on that image, and publishing to Facebook. The image is not billed separately and the text is not metered by length. If the wording in an image comes back slightly off, it is not regenerated to chase that — so a post does not quietly run up a bill.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. Everything is a one-time purchase — credits, page tiers, the unlimited schedule upgrade, analytics and Premium. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically. The one free post a week costs nothing and needs no card.
- What can I do without paying?
- Connect a page, run the brand analysis and read the profile it produces, build your products and services catalogue, upload reference images, and preview image configurations. All of that costs nothing — and on top of it you get one free post a week.
- What do I get for free?
- One free post a week. The credit arrives every Monday and does not carry over — an unused week is simply gone, so there is nothing to stockpile. A free post is written the same way a paid one is, and its picture is drawn by our fast model rather than the slower one a paid post uses; the visible difference is a small "Created with ContentVelo" signature on the image. Nothing is added to the caption of a post you paid for.
- How do I pay?
- Through PaySolutions, a Thai payment gateway. Prices are in Thai baht and every purchase is one-time — there is no recurring billing.
Limits and access
- What permissions does it need on Facebook?
- Permission to read your pages and to publish to the ones you select, granted through Meta's official authorisation flow. ContentVelo never sees your Facebook password, and you can revoke access from your Facebook settings at any time.
- How many pages can I connect?
- One page is free. Paid tiers raise the limit, and an unlimited tier is available as a one-time purchase — see the pricing page for the current tiers. Unlimited is included with Premium.
- How far ahead can I schedule?
- Thirty days as standard. The limit can be removed entirely with a one-time purchase, and is already removed on Premium.
- Can I edit before it publishes?
- In manual mode, always — you edit the wording, choose the image, and preview it as a real Facebook post before anything goes out. AutoPilot publishes on its own by design; if you want to approve every post, use manual mode and the calendar.
- What does ContentVelo not do?
- It does not predict how a post will perform before you publish it, does not benchmark you against competitors, does not break your audience down by demographics, and does not generate PDF reports. It reports the metrics Facebook returns — reach, impressions, engagements, engagement rate, your best post, engagement by day and posts by hour — and nothing it cannot actually measure.
- Does it post to Instagram or LINE?
- Not today — ContentVelo publishes to Facebook Pages. ChatMai, a unified inbox covering Messenger, LINE, Instagram, Shopee and Lazada, is in development. Premium accounts are intended to cover new platforms as they are added, but nothing beyond Facebook is available yet.
