How does the pre-paid credit system work?

You pay for a Facebook Page to be looked after for a month, not for a number of posts. The first page is one monthly price, pages two to four cost less each, and from the fifth less again — the figures for your own market are on this page. Paid annually, ten months buys twelve. There is no post quota to count down.

What is a page slot?

The plan is bought per Facebook Page, as slots: one slot looks after one page. Each slot has its own start and end date, so adding a page later does not change the dates of the pages you already have. A slot can be moved to a different Facebook Page once every 30 days. When a slot ends, only the page in it pauses; your other pages keep running.

How long are credits valid?

Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Make sure to use them within this period to get the most value from your investment.

What's the difference between credits and add-ons?

Credits top up posting beyond the fair-use ceiling your plan includes. A post with a designed image costs one credit; text only, or a fallback brand card, costs a half. They are one-time purchases with no recurring fees.

How is posting metered?

Publishing is not metered — Facebook itself limits how often a page can usefully post. Setting up AutoPilot is where the free allowance applies: ten previews a day on a faster, cheaper model, refilling at midnight, so you can try a look without spending anything. If a month needs more than the fair-use ceiling your plan includes, extra posts top up at the per-post rate shown in the app.
